Boston Common and the Body Exhibit

I had so much at the Boston Common because I got to come out my shell by interviewing people that I didn't know. I was surprise because I thought I was gonna be nervous, scared and shy when I started the interviews, but I was actually really calm and I felt comfortable. I also went to the Body Exhibit on monday and I had a great time there, I didn't want to leave because it was so amusing. It was a new experience for me because I never saw anything like that, I was fascinated by the bodies and how fresh they looked. I also learned a lot of educational stuff about the human body that I would of probably wouldn't have known if I didn't visit the Body Exhibit.

field trips

At TeenTV we went on field trips to interview people and it helped me learn how to interview and to work the camera.

Teen TV for me is like a school, because in this program i learn a lot of things that are going to be useful in the future. For example, I learn about technology and we do a lot of projects which include interviews, PSAs, skits, news pieces etc.  Now, we are learning how to use a camera which is good for me, because I like to take a lot of pictures.  Now I'm learning all the different types of angles that you can use with a camera.

Since I came to Teen TV....

Since I came to Teen TV, I've learned so much about filming and acting, different branches of filming, and a lot more... I found out that sometimes a job can be fun!! Teen TV has helped me a lot developing my knowledge and my responsibility in work, helped me develop my professionalism. Every day I wake up early to get to Teen TV on time, it's supposed to be a  "Summer Lost" but actually it is so much fun to be in here with friends laughing with Co-Workers and working at the same time. Teen TV is the best job ever, I'll make sure to do my best at work.

My Experience in Teen TV

"Teen TV gave me a chance to get a little feeling of being in the motion picture industry, I met a lot of new teens that are just as weird as I am. Although there were some i already knew but this gave me a chance to really get to know them. This is a great a program that i hope to be able to pass on ti the seeds."- Michael Myers

Boston Commons

We had a great experience interviewing people about technology and current events. Not only did we interview Americans but we also interviewed a lot of European tourists, so we received a global summary of whats going on in technology. It was an awesome time!

  • when i first arrived in this program it was really interesting to learn about the process of working a camera also to edit your own video that you,ve worked on to turn it into something awesome to watch. but over all i like the job i do here because you learn so much here that it's overwhelming to do as a job, this is something I can do in the future and I'M looking forward to it.

My Experience

I am Jimmy Joachim and I am a part of Teen TV 2014. I had growing interest for multimedia about a year ago when I started my Youtube channel. I was a complete rookie and had no experience or even as much as an idea of doing it right. But over time, I learned more and more about editing and film. Finally, when I came to work with Teen TV I was able to put those skills to work and even learned more about film production, including how to work the functions of the camera and acting. These new skills have aided me in doing much better with my film production and multimedia. Being able to work here had made me really consider finding and studying multimedia and film production.

Hello, my name is Camryn Cain and I've been working at TEENTV 2014 for the past three weeks.  I've learned many new skills from working with Dan Ong(only Dan nobody else).  I've also met some very cool people.  I also single handedly taught Zach how to get to Popeyes.  I look forward to the next three weeks.
This experience at TeenTv 2014 has been a wonderful experiencing, I have met a lot of new people.
The staff are helpful and fun to be around.
Since I have been here, I have learned a lot of new things about technology. I have learned how to edit videos and how to write scripts. I even learned how to interview people for the first time. I was excited and nervous, but I think I did a really good job at it. This job has helped me to be less shy because I'm interacting with other teens that I didn't know before and I'm learning to be more outspoken with others.
